Conductor & Earthwire Accessories
Hardware that holds the line
Every overhead transmission or distribution line depends on the fittings that hold it in place. When a clamp slips, a damper fails, or a joint corrodes, the consequences run well beyond the cost of a replacement part. That’s why the conductor and earthwire accessories we supply are built to the tolerances the job demands — not the minimum a specification allows.
Our range covers the full scope of conductor and earthwire hardware, from suspension and dead-end clamps to vibration dampers and mid-span joints, all manufactured and tested to IS, IEC, and project-specific utility standards. Whether you’re supplying a rural electrification scheme, a high-voltage transmission corridor, or a substation interconnect, you’ll find stock-grade and project-grade options under one roof.
Pole Line Hardware & Accessories
Cross arms, brace irons, D-irons, pole bands, and all structural mounting hardware for overhead distribution and transmission poles.
Clamps & Connectors
Dead-end, suspension, wedge, and automatic dead-end clamps compatible with ACSR, AAC, and ABC conductors — rated for full mechanical and electrical load.
Conductor & Earthwire Accessories
Earth wire clamps, vibration dampers, conductor spacers, and all line accessories for overhead conductor management and protection.
Insulator & Hardware Fittings
Insulator caps, pins, clevis links, socket eyes, ball hooks, and complete fitting sets for disc, pin, and post insulators across HT and LT lines.
AB Cable Accessories
Suspension clamps, dead-end clamps, piercing connectors, service tees, and anchor brackets for aerial bundled cable (ABC) systems.
H.T. Switches, Fuses & Accessories
High-tension fuse cutouts, drop-out fuses, gang-operated switches, and associated mounting hardware for substation and pole-mounted switchgear.
Porcelain / Polymer Insulators
Pin, post, disc, and long-rod insulators in both glazed porcelain and polymer (silicone rubber) — suited for 11 kV to 220 kV applications.
Rubber Mats & Rubber Gloves
Electrical-grade anti-static rubber matting and insulating rubber gloves for substation floors, switchrooms, and live-line utility work — IS/IEC certified
Why galvanization matters more than you think
All our conductor and earthwire accessories use hot-dip galvanized steel — not electroplated, not zinc-sprayed. Hot-dip galvanization bonds zinc into the surface of the steel at the molecular level, creating a barrier that doesn’t chip, peel, or underperform in high-humidity or coastal environments. In South Asia’s climate — monsoon rains, salt air in coastal zones, temperature swings across seasons — this matters enormously.
Electroplated coatings can last a few years before corrosion sets in at cut edges and threaded sections. Hot-dip galvanized hardware, properly installed, will outlast the pole it’s mounted on. For utility operators maintaining infrastructure on multi-decade lifecycles, that’s not a minor point — it’s the difference between a five-year maintenance cycle and a twenty-year one.
Serving projects of every scale
We’ve supplied conductor and earthwire accessories to rural electrification programs spanning hundreds of kilometres, and to single-contractor repair jobs on a storm-damaged feeder line. Scale doesn’t change our approach — every order gets the same attention to quality and lead time.
Our range is suited for use across the following project types and infrastructure categories:
-High Voltage & Extra High Voltage (EHV) Transmission Lines
-11 kV / 33 kV / 66 kV Distribution Networks
-Rural Electrification Projects (DDUGJY / RDSS Schemes)
-Railway Electrification & Traction Lines
