Insulator Caps & Pins
Forged steel caps and pins for cap-and-pin disc insulators used in suspension and tension string assemblies. Manufactured to IS 731 / IEC 60305 socket and ball dimensions for interchangeability across string configurations.
Pin Insulator Hardware
Insulator pins, pin bolts, and cross-arm pins for pin-type insulators on LT and 11 kV distribution lines. Hot-dip galvanised mild steel construction with thread forms to IS 2486 specifications.
Post Insulator Fittings
Flange bases, top caps, and intermediate clamps for line post and station post insulators. Suitable for both porcelain and polymer post insulators on 11 kV to 132 kV systems.
Arcing Horns & Corona Rings
Arcing horns for HT disc insulator strings and corona rings for UHV transmission applications — designed to protect insulator surfaces from arc damage and reduce radio interference voltage (RIV) on EHV lines.
